Description: This is a one-of-a-kind pair of enamel cloisonne' earrings for pierced ears featuring focal enamels in crimson, purple, and lemon yellow. Fine silver balls embellish their faces. The cloisonné wires are fine silver and they are done on fine silver backings. The cloisonnés measure 47 x 16 mm. They are set in fine silver bezels on sterling backs that are appointed with 6-mm fine silver balls. The French earwires are sterling and they are embellished with 3-mm sterling balls. They hang down from the ears 72 mm (2.88 inches). One earring back is stamped with the JSE initials and the other is quality stamped sterling.
The cloisonné and the earrings were designed and hand fabricated by J. S. Ellington and the set is one of a kind.
The earrings are sold with a black jewelry box with the J S Ellington logo which is inside a white cardboard packer. An anti-tarnish square is included. A signed and numbered certificate is provided in a packet which also includes care instructions.
